I need a phone call desperately and have been waiting a decision on something for over a month and have to speak with an agent

Trying to reach eBay over a really important matter and done this before but they are only responding via email and no return phone calls...is this new or did they stop phone call service?

Why would you take the YEAR out of the search filter..IT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL THE FILTERS...nobody will find anything.
