SHIPPING OUTSIDE USA, buyers report " Seller doesn't ship" YET ,I have global shipping

I have a a few buyers report to me that it reads I don't ship to their countries. The countries are on my ship list and I use Global Shipping. This has happened over the past two weeks. And customer service is repetitive.
