Need ebay customer support to fix a INVALID SHIPPING FEE glitch on creating an invoice

Getting the following message when trying to create an invoice and there is no way for me to contact Ebay to fix it."The following must be corrected before continuing: Invalid shipping fee: Please enter a shipping fee of US $0.00 or higher."
