I received a pic of the item and it was chipped evidently in shipping. He only sent 1 pic. I requested several photos of item and the package and I never received any. I refunded the buyer anyway but is there any way I can recoup my losses?

When a buyer purchases something from me I don't get a request for an invoice. The total just reflects the total shipping amount for ALL the shipping on the items. I do have combined shipping in effect. Someone please advise.

I have tried for 3 days to get a return call. They have my account messed up with the switch over from pay pal. I don't know where my money is going and they show it is in my account. It is not!!!!!
