WHY are sellers penalized when a buyer does not pay. I have not shipped
as no money was exchanged but I had to file a no pay complaint and then
ebay gives them 4 days to pay all the while the other prospective buyers
are long gone. I lose a week tryi...
how does this work? If I put an item(s) up for sale at a specified
price, which I'm sure I won't get, do I have to sell regardless for the
lowest bid or can I reject the bids and take the item(s) off of for
sale?
