I just sold an item to a customer who at first said that my listing
stipulated that I couldn't send to her address. I checked the listing
and couldn't find any shipping restrictions. Apparently it corrected
itself because she purchased the item short...
When I try to mark these items as shipped, I still get the message to
ship my items. How can I get through to eBay that these things are
shipped? I tried adding the tracking number and that didn't work either.

appreciated. I’ve been selling for a long time and this has never
happened before. I’m kind of non-techy so it’s probably my fault.
I listed shipping as calculated, not flat rate so I don’t understand why
eBay dropped the handling fee. As for why there was a discrepancy
between what eBay usps rate was and what the customer was charged, can’t
understand that either.
