Hello, we are company stated in Europe Union. We have listed on German
Ebay with the price including TAX. What happens if US customer buy
product ? since if customer is outside EU it is not applicable for VAT.

I am thinking for something like this: Do a listing on .de ebay -> make
prices with tax and ship only to Europe Union. And than make a new
listing (same product) to .com with the price off, but shipping to all
