Was charged an extra $5.00 after paying $4.63 media mail for a hardback novel. Says "service on label didn't match service used." Does that mean they think it wasn't media?

Well, that kinda kills some of the high volume/low profit ideas. There are plenty who still ship that way. I guess they just aren't going to be top sellers. Does it also prevent promoted listings if that % tracked goes down?
