I sold 2 items in one day and got the lables mixed up. How do I fix this without having them send them back to me. Can I sent them the correct lables?

So I just sold a car that I had listed, never sold a car before on EBay. It’s a local pickup. Do I need to charge tax or does EBay do that. They want to bring me a money order at the time of pickup. Is that the way it works?
