How does one report a seller? Still have not gotten the item I ordered and the automation just keeps looping me through the resolution center which does not good because at this point, I want my money back. Or should I just use my credit card's money...

I have an email address that was used exclusively for eBay. I just got a spam message on that account. The only place the spammer could of gotten the email address is from eBay. There is no place on eBay to report this.
