I did not receive an item its been over 4 months an i close the case because they said to wait items will be shipped but never came

Seller sent wrong item an refuse to return it an ebay closed my case in one day an will not help me i buy thousands or dollars an been with ebay for like 20 years an i cant get to speak to a live person on ebay
