Maybe I'm just stoopid but how do I ship a coin or sports card using E Bay's "less than a dollar" shipping. It doesn't show up as an option when I list, when I have sold, or any other time. Does it really exist? It's usury to charge $5 to send a nick...

This is the fourth time in a month that I have had problems uploading photos. The photos just don't populate. EBay "fixed" it once but I'm going to start selling elsewhere. No excuse...
