I had a buyer open a dispute through their credit card company 4 months
after the sale for "item not received" naturally ebay and usps do not
keep data after 90 days, so he won his case and I had to refund
$389.00How or where do I go to escalate this...
I posted 3 items for charity and just looked at my bill and I remember
that I had to keep un checking the box as i listed more items for
auction, now I look at my invoices and there were 10 items that were
being invoiced for charity, why in the world...
I order a coin on the 21st or won bid, whatever, paid for the item and
the seller has only responded that it hasn't shipped because he was in a
car accident, HELP???
Thanks for the reply, was looking more for a way to have Ebay address
the situation. If their goal is really to make eBay a safe marketplace,
there should be a process to report problematic buyers, this can only be
done when they purchase, unfortunat...
What is the advantage of committing to ship this quickly? I am a new
seller, my items tend to arrive on time but I have only been selling
about 5-10 items a day.
