yup, thats right, it was bad enough when ebay started charging final
value fees on shipping costs, but since ebay and paypal split...and
possibly before...they don't automatically refund the fees when you
refund shipping to your buyers. to make matte...
is anyone else having issues with listing an item....I keep getting an
error message that says "we ran into an issue, can't complete your
