issues since...PLUS all your packages come with loss insurance up to
$150, no extra fee. Doesn't cover damage, only loss....Phoenix has been
losing things for years....but zero since...
You forgot to mention all the packages they lose and either show
delivered or still in transit for weeks on end..and WE have to pay
buyers back in full for these packages that don't arrive. It's all so
