Managed pay set up, ebay requiring SSN and DOB even though I don't meet $20,000.00 or 200 items/year

Trying to set up manged pay but cannot move forward without giving this sensitive information! I am not a business and come nowhere near these thresholds. ebay gets hacked all of the time and I do not have confidence in their identity protection.
