My listing was incorrectly removed as counterfeit, but it is a genuine item what can I do?

My item is not counterfeit - I bought it directly from the company. I have used my own pictures and my own descriptions. Why was my listing removed ? I have listed it again. What can I do if it happens again or I get my account suspeneded ?
