Volume pricing not showing up in listing

When I select volume pricing for my items, why does it not show up in my listing?

I sold and shipped 4 items. Then I made a wrong swipe and one of my sold items disappeared. How do I

Now my total sold is 3, not 4. And my running sellers total has been reduced. I don’t know how to find and get the item back on my sold list.
