I'm unable to link my bank information to finish registering with managed payments! Does anyone know how I can get a live customer service person or what i can do proactively to get out of the error message loop I'm in?
I accepted an offer because they had a legit US shipping address, but I don't accept foreign PayPal. I asked him to pay with a US registered PayPal acct. Am I obligated to honor this purchase and allow a foreign PayPal transaction?
