The items shown in "recommended for you" are persistant. How does an eBay user stop the "recommended for you" ? Thank you

Auction winner paid for shipping. I printed an ebay shipping label. The USPS put the parcel on their scale and gave me a receipt with a tracking number on it. Parcel was delivered. NO problem.Until a few days later...ebay took $3 from my bank account...
