Did anyone else get a 25% off value fees for next month and then later the offer was not there? This was yesterday and gone by last night.

buyer wants to cancel order

Why doesn't the buyer have to give a reason any more for wanting to cancel their order after they have paid. I haven't had many cancels but I do remember they used to have to give a reason. Just wondering!
