Yup, I had this happen to me as well. Buyer was using their phone. Past
posts indicate this is a glitch. Unfortunately it doesn't happen on
every phone all the time so it makes it very difficult for IT to
troubleshoot. It happened twice with the same...
Perhaps a knitting basket. The yarn comes out through the sides while
the top shuts to keep the balls from bouncing out. We would line those
baskets with a cotton material so the yarn wouldn't snag.
