The seller should use the reason that they are out of stock or unable to
fulfill the order. If they choose the correct reason then they will get
a defect on their selling account. eBay is very strict with out of stock
performance standards.

their error, not yours. The terms about freight shipping under "payment
instructions" is not enforceable. The seller will either need to ship
