I understand the tax on the item but for the second time this week I was
taxed for shipping too. I purchase from other online retailers and they

Judging from the feedback you received as a seller in the past it seems
to me you forgot to refund the buyer after the auction like you did with
the rest of buyers that neg you. Don't think selling is in your blood.
