I've had a few non payments lately. Why do we the sellers have no
recourse or ability to leave them feedback to worn other buyers? I seems
e-bay will not allow any feed back in these cases. Has e-bay answered
anyones concerns about this issue?

Your likely one of those who doe's this kind of thing. A hand shake and
a mans word are long gone with this new generation. Now it's don't take
anyone's word and especially don't trust anyone to do the right thing
