Correct mailing address on printed label

Sold my first item yesterday. Printed out mailing label but it has my old address on the label. Verified my new address is listed under my personal info. What does it take to get my new address transferred onto my mailing labels?

I get a message under purchases that I have 1 unpaid item but when I look at my purchase history I see nothing unpaid there. where do I find this item so I can get it paid?
