when you buy more than one lot from a seller. Been using ebay over 20
years and never had a problem until this seller decided to be a jerk and
flag me while I waited for a reply.
It doesn't show up as far as I know. I had no clue I got flagged until
several days later when I went to bid on something else and it told me I
couldn't. I thought the seller just cancelled it and we moved on.

No, it was because I was waiting on the seller. It doesn't make sense to
pay before the shipping might be combined. Obviously now I know he would
not combine it. But most sellers do (or at least ones I've bought from).
