Who or what decided to put my paypal account on one touch? I have this
turned OFF on paypal, yet when I purchase something it comes up
Confirm.I want to have to log in to paypal each time. This is a high

It amazes me how ebay can loop you around to avoid getting involved in a
depute like no merchandise arrived. Its set up to contact seller and
loops back over and over to avoid getting involved. The seller ignores
