A person in France purchased two items, and when I tried to send her an invoice for payment a screen pops up stating that "Ebay does not allow invoices for international shipments" Has anyone else had this issue??

E bay will not allow me to send an invoice to France??? How do I get paid??

Are there any 1099's generated for 2023??

I sold several large anatomical posters eg blood circulation, skeletal, nervous system, etc.---would these qualify for media mail??
