Did you include the exact package size and weight in the items listing?I
agree with you about the invoice...you should not be able to invoice
that Global Shippingcustomer.
My "tracking uploaded on time" rubric was totally messed up too for a
couple of days. It is fine now and have found out that it was an eBay
glitch. If yours doesn't clear up I would contact them.
