Anybody else having a problem not being able to promote their listings?
Or their items is not actually getting promoted I heard some sellers are
effected by this!
Apparently eBay is having a bug in the system that affected some seller
on promoting their listings! Expected time for them to fix the issue is
February 14th! Are you getting the portion to promote using your eBay
app?
