On October 4, 2022, I bought and paid for a Media Mail shipping label
through PayPal as I do for all my packages. The package was 14 ounces
(under 1 pound) and I was charged $3.49 for the label. The package was
delivered on October 17, 2022 to Oregon...
My payout account is showing a "payout failed" as of January 12, 2021.

eBay - no matter for profit or at a loss - you have to PROVE that the
item was sold at a loss; which means you have to have receipts for

benefit from any state tax charged. In fact, my state doesn't charge ANY
sales taxes - period. Yet I have to be penalized because eBay collects
taxes due from states where these items...
