Hi there,Can anyone please advise me what I can do if a seller refused
to refund due to a missing delivery?He does not provide me any tracking
and is not willing to work out the problem together...
The problem is that he thought I were scamming him... he experienced too
many times in the past; people asked for refund even though the tracking
proved the delivery. It’s very unfair to me this time...
