i honestly thought they were blank at first too, but i got them anyway
to give them a try. they came ready to use, barcode and tracking number
and an extra little sticker with the tracking number on it that i use to
stick on my order records so i kno...
yes i ship at large envelope rate if thats what im using or just add a
stamp if im using a regular envelope. then stick the tracking sticker on
it and then enter the number on ebay. and yes ebay does recodnize it as
tracking.
i use stamps.com and you can print first class large envelope labels
starting at $1 for the first oz. 20cents for each aditional. regular
envelopes i can just use a stamp. then i just order tracking stickers
from usps.com they are free
