I've seen posts online where long-time eBay sellers have had their shops shut down by eBay for selling too many items. Where are the rules about this posted on the eBay website?
When I look at items and do not place an order, why do I get offers from the seller I did not request?
Although I don't have negative feedback, I got dinged by eBay or someone for shipping costs. Shouldn't those complaints go to the Postmaster General?
It's taken me 3 hours to speak with a human with a selling issue. (Why noon on Thursday in US is "outside normal business hours" is ridiculous.) What other platforms are more user friendly that sellers use than eBay?
I've spent all day creating drafts for listings and can't find them. Is there a limit to the number of drafts and, if so, why not allow us to put as many drafts together as we'd like?
