It gets crazier and crazier the way eBay does stuff. I filed for a return almost two months ago. The seller agreed to replace the item and it has yet to come. So what does eBay do? They close the return without asking anyone if it has been completed ...

Is it just me, or is eBay drastically different from 15-20 years ago? I'm out. I've had enough, between the now exorbitant fees and the dictatorial "relationship". Buyer buys item with a clear model number, gets it and realizes it's not what they wan...
