I left negative feedback in error for a positive transaction. I have
tried to follow up with positive comments, however, the comments do not
show up. Do not understand why the follow up does not post.
FedEx lost my item and shipper wants me to contact the shipper, ebay and
paypal for reimbursements. Is this fair treatment? I am of the opinion
that the seller should follow up and issue a refund, which is what I
would do.
