ordered silver jewelry lot seller did not ship all items tried to report
told i could return but i wanted some of the items! if i retuned it the
seller would have reported short how do i get a fair refund?
canceled a buyers bid because it was suspicious was charged a fee close
to 10 dollars then i got a message from ebay not to sell to the buyer?
want my canceled fee back isn't its ebay responsibility to control
buyers?
