I purchased a large item requiring freight, I was charged $450 but it only cost $260. The seller had agreed to refund the difference but is now refusing to.
I purchased what was advertised as new but it had obviously been assembled and returned by someone and was missing major parts.I received a (FedEx) return label, I returned the item, the seller received the item, but only gave me a partial refund?
Why is there no longer a tab in the resolution center for received an item that wasn't as described?
