An international buyer pays for shipping to the Chicago international
shipping location, but who pays the cost of shipping from there to the
final destination?
I sold a clock and the buyer said it doesn't work. He wants to return it
for a full refund. I will gladly refund him the full amount, including
the shipping costs, but I don't want him to bother returning the clock.
