With continual changes to the eBay website, I am having trouble finding
the web page on which I can just check file a claim for damage. Can you
help me with locating it?
I sold some hp printer ink that was not in original package. It was new
and was the wrong size for mine. Sold it on December 9th and now he says
it is all dryed up. I can't believe that. Do i have to refund him?
Neither one can prove it. Help please
