Hi, I did file a dispute with PayPal and gave them proof that it was
never sent and the emails I received from the seller stating it was
lost. PayPal is still deliberating after over a month. The only thing I
ever bought from China (big mistake) were...
That's for sure! I've been dealing with a seller for over a month trying
to get a refund for an item I bought on April 3rd, 2020. It never
shipped, was lost somewhere. The seller keeps telling me that a refund
was issued, but it never was.
