add shipping charges after buyer has already paid

The buyer paid and then notified me he wanted to add services to the shipping charge for different shipping. He needs me to invoice him the additional amount and I cannot find a way to do this. The Ebay automatic helper is a merry-go-round

I sent an invoice for two items to a buyer only to discover that I no longer had one of the items. I told the buyer not to respond to that invoice and I would send a revised invoice. Any advice on how to arrange a revised invoice?

Listed an item at the wrong price

I listed an item and did not notice that the price was WAY too low until after it received a bid.How can I either edit the price or cancel the listing? I tried to do both but Ebay's system will not allow me to do either.
