why is it that I get a notification that item has shipped when the
shipping carrier hasn't received the item? this practice is ridiculous
and has caused many problems when items don't arrive on time.
same thing happened to me, also i dont think 'your item has shipped'
message should be sent when only a label has been created and carrier is
waiting for item for days! i hate false staments!
