Package returned to me (seller) as undeliverable, but the address is good and verified with buyer

I sent a package to a buyer in Florida. The package was returned to me today marked "return to sender, no such number, unable to forward". I verified the address with the buyer and the address is good. Does the ebay protection cover this?
