Upon further testing; it seems to send an email with the code to the
buyer but that email is not available in eBay messages or in the eBay
interface. The only place the code exists is in that email.
From what I can tell BOTH the buyer and seller MUST use the eBay app to
complete the local pickup. I just tested this out using a buyer and a
seller account to place a 'local pickup' order. The buyer can only get
the 'Local Pickup Code' within the Ap...
