returns policy

I would like to suggest a change in returns policy. Sellers get 24 hours to ship an item but buyers get 21 days to return an item. This is ridiculous. 7 days should be plenty of time. It is unfair to hold funds this long without a resolution.

ebay error

Ebay shipping has Monday Jan 3rd as a postal holiday. It is not. The New Years holiday is on Saturday, January 1st. Anyway to get ebay to fix this?
