Same here, went from 716 or so to 208 overnight....what is going on
ebay?From reading other posts it appears that any "good til canceled"
items that renewed overnight, diappeared...HELP!!!
Did Something Crazy and called USPS...lol and, YES, you can use them
domestically to non-military. To quote my postmaster,"Oh Yes,
absolutely!"ps. Excuse all the random caps. been posting this
morning....lol
