i dont think my buyer got paid for return shipping but he is returning the item , even though he did not need to because i refunded without asking for a return, i feel like i owe him the return charges but i cant find a way to get ebay to do this

my preferred shipping method for selling is usps ground advantage , i dont want my buyers to get charged for priority mail if they dont ask for it
