A buyer wants a refund after not receiving item as described. The
question is -Does it come directly out of my bank account? Or the money
that PayPal is holding at the moment? Thanks.
Are you sure? Another thing, PayPal has a 5 dollar fee for the
transaction. Which doesn’t cover the whole refund? Can you also
elaborate on the authorize thing?
